Do you build hot runner molds?

→ Yes, 30% moulds we made are hot runner molds. We build hot runner molds and are familiar with many different systems such as DME, Mold Master, Mastertip, Hasco, Yudo and Husky, etc. The manifold used for your tool is selected to meet your needs.

What type of CAD Files can we accept?

→ With our many CAD systems we can accept several different types of files IGES, STEP, X_T, PRT, DXF, DWG, PDF.

How to send sample?

→ The quote we submit to you including the cost of sample delivery. We send sample by DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT. It takes 2-4 days to deliver to Europe and USA.

How to pack and ship mould?

→ When the mould have been completed, paint grease on the surface, pack the mould with plastic pellicle, and put it into a disinfected wooden box. Accessories attached: 1.Mould drawing in A1 paper size; 2. Related electrode; 3.Ring bolts, 4.Steel certification, 5.Mould locking sets and other necessary accessories.

→Yes.We understand the sensitive nature of your design. It is our policy to comply with requests for non-disclosure agreements. If we don’t get your kind approval, we would not disclose any information regarding your product or company to the third party and any copy would be prohibited.
