Mold making

A. Reverse Engineering
When customer only provides real sample.,we can convert real sample to 3D file by using reverse engineering。

B. Mould design
Based on the 3D file provided by customer, we generally make 2D mould design by using AutoCAD2000 . 3D Mould design drawn by Pro/Engineer 2001 will be provided upon extra requirement from customer. For those products with complicated structure, we will use CAE software to make analyse to ensure the possibilities of good injection. The mould design will be submitted to customer in a couple of days for examination (A Mould Drawing Check Form will be enclosed with the mould design.). Modification will be made after getting comments from customer.

C. Mould making
We have advanced machines such as CNC machine, EDM machine, Grinding Machine, Milling Machine and Wire cutting machine etc. These equipments will be the precondition of making good mould. What’s more, our mould makers have years of experience in mould making. The rich experiences do much help to the complicated moulds and ensure the quality of the mould at the same time. The moulds for export are all machined according to the standards of DME and Hasco.

We have much experience in hot-runner mould making. The brands we use are as following: Hasco, DME, Husky, Yudo, Master Tip etc.

We will start the mold making upon approval from customer. Weekly report will be submitted to customer to follow up the process.
